Job Description: Adidas - Cebu - Purpose: Manage office administration & HR related works in Cebu Sourcing Office. Assist Director Sourcing Operations in regular office operations, personnel recruitment, employee benefits, and projects assigned by Director on assignments to support the smooth work flow of the Sourcing office to run efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Support Director Sourcing Operations in Cebu and Office Manager in Shanghai to monitor monthly operating expense and investment in company fixed assets in accordance with budget and company policy. Ensures the adherence to adidas group policy. Ensure compliance operating expense forecasting per established principles and policies. Assist the Director Sourcing Operations in Cebu to ensure compliance of local laws and regulations (including but not limited to labour, financial, health, corporate and individual taxation, health and safety) and to manage the office in accordance with directions and policies.
