Job Description: Kalibrr - Metro Manila - Customer Service adjunct | Inbound Kalibrr - Makati City, Metro Manila Job Description » Provides timely and accurate response/s to all customer queries and requests while adhering to the customer service standards of the company. » Ensures that significant details needed to address concerns are recorded. » Facilitates complaint resolution and query response within service level agreements in coordination with the pertinent units. » Recommends customer-centered initiatives and proactive action/s to be done to avoid recurrence of the concerns raised by the customer and significantly decrease the number of complaints received.
