Job Description: SAIGE Solutions - Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila - Pasig City, Metro Manila - We are partnered with a telecommunications company that is rapidly expanding its operations in the country – a new broadband player in the market that aims to disrupt the telco industry by delivering high-speed internet for businesses and the government. This is a subsidiary of a renowned group of companies in the country. We are then looking for a Customer Service Head who will handle the following: > create a team that will develop processes, systems, and rules to make sure that customers are satisfied and happy > create, support and manage customer support, helpdesk, online customer interface, etc. Requirements: > must have at least a Bachelor's degree (any course) > at least three (3) years of experience, preferably in other telco companies > experience in a service-oriented position and/or company > doesn't think traditionally and has very high standards Ideal candidate: > out-of-the-box thinker > has unconventional ways of doing things > strategic > ... - Permanent - Full-time
